Remote Work for Clergy Families
Hey, I’m Menekse - and I’m married to Andrew, a vicar in East London.
I’ve worked remotely on the internet since 2005, but full time since Andrew was ordained in 2016, and I run two businesses - Cheerfully Given (including Cheerful Business) and Marketing with Menekse (where you are at the moment).
Over the years, I’ve worked with loads of different clients all around the world, usually in time zones that meant I could work in the evenings or flexibly around vicarage life.
Now, my team members are all stay-at-home mums (by accident, not design!) who did not have any professional experience in their current roles before they started working with me.
Working as a virtual assistant is usually a self-employed role, and as such you can get anything from £20-£25+ an hour depending on your professional background (if you have specific experience you can charge a bit more!).
I’m happy to do a training or provide a resource pack that can help you get started, or answer any questions you have - and I may be able to refer you on to people who are looking for contractors.
Please fill in the form below if you’d like more details and I can email them across this week!
